ORDERING
All our products are supplied direct from Zo Skin Health in brand new condition. UK Shipping is free for orders over £90, otherwise costs £9.99.
You will receive an individual prescription via email written by Dr Asaad for the correct use of the products purchased and any additional information you may require to achieve best results. We may request additional information from you or additional confirmation of allergies and any other prescription medication that you are currently taking if any.
DELIVERY
Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed the same day and delivery within the UK varies from the next working day to approx 1 week depending on products purchased and delivery address. You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed shortly after placing and will be given options to contact us further for any required updates.
Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to send items internationally and so we can only currently ship to UK addresses.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Unopened items which are defunct, not as advertised and/or not the product that has been ordered can be returned within 30 days of purchase if required. Please contact us at info@drasaad.com or reply to your email confirmations to let us know that you would like to return your items for the return address. If medical condition changes after order, and provided products are not opened then these items may be returned as they can no longer be used.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return or issue refunds for any opened products and additional restrictions on returns are in place as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
