Dermal fillers are typically used to help tackle lines, wrinkles and sagging on any area of your face and neck. Popular areas for treatment include under your eyes, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and crow’s feet. Dermal fillers are also used to give volume to your cheeks and lips.
Hyaluronic acid is a common ingredient in skin-care products. Hyaluronic acid is used as a dermal filler in cosmetic surgery. It is typically injected using either a classic sharp hypodermic needle or a cannula. The results are immediate however, depending on the density of the hyaluronic acid, continued massaging is recommended as it can take up to 2 weeks for the Hyaluronic acid filler to fully spread within the tissue.
Good To Know!
Complications, although rare, can arise including the severing of nerves and vessels, pain, bruising and in some cases hyaluronic acid fillers can result in a granulomatous foreign body reaction. The risk of complications is higher when the procedures are undertaken by inexperienced, unqualified persons. It is vital that you ensure the doctor you have undertake these procedures, demonstrate their training and competence before you agree to any treatment.
Different fillers are used for different areas and for different reasons. Dr Asaad will always give you the option of the different fillers available for the treatment you’re looking for. Some products last longer than others with estimates as follows:
The above values are best estimates but can vary on the patient using them. As the treatment is done more with additional top-ups the effect will last longer with each time.
Hyaluronic Acid Treatments are based around the quantity of product that is used for the treatment. Different brands are used for different procedures due the effect the have on certain areas of the skin and body. Prices will vary depending on the brand and quantity of product that is used along with the procedure being performed.
Dr Asaad only uses tried and tested products to ensure the desired effect is achieved. Products don’t only range in value, but also in quality. A rough pricing guide is shown with some of the most common products used, however the quantities and prices will all be fully discussed during the consultation period prior to any treatment being completed.
We will never surprise you with extra hidden costs or force you to have more product than you need!

Combinations can be made with these quantities, although some treatments cannot be undertaken at the same sitting due to the overall effect these would have in conjunction. For example, having your lips and Nasolabial completed at the same time is a good combination and will reduce the cost in comparison to if these were completed on separate occasions. Drop us a message via our contact page to enquire about any combinations you require and see if this may be suitable – subject to consultation.
